Arts and Skills Camp

As part of our Women Empowerment program, this camp brought together women from Self-Help Groups for a day of creative expression and skill-sharing. Sessions combined traditional art forms with practical skill-building, giving participants a space to showcase talent, build confidence, and connect with one another beyond their daily routines. Events like this strengthen the social bonds within SHGs, turning groups formed for savings and livelihood training into genuine support networks where women uplift each other personally and economically.

Kabaddi Competition

Held alongside our Arts and Skills Camp, the Kabaddi competition gave women from our Self-Help Groups a chance to engage in friendly sportsmanship and team spirit. Beyond the game itself, the event reflected our belief that empowerment isn’t only economic, it’s also about confidence, visibility, and joy. Watching women take the field, cheer each other on, and compete with energy is a reminder that true empowerment touches every part of a woman’s life, not just her livelihood.

Study Tour

Our study tours take children and women beyond the classroom and into the real world. Children visited historical sites and government offices to build civic awareness and practical knowledge, while women from our Self-Help Groups undertook project site visits to see successful livelihood models in action. These hands-on experiences turn learning into lived understanding, building confidence, curiosity, and a stronger connection to the systems and opportunities around them.
