Institution Building

  • Gram Sabhas strengthened under the PESA Act, building institutional capacity at village level
  • Forest Rights Committees (FRCs) formed and trained to manage community forest resources sustainably
  • Case Registration Center / Community Resource Center (CRC) established to support communities in accessing rights and entitlements
  • Rojagar Hami Yojana (Karyashala) workshops conducted to connect villagers with government employment schemes
